Why We Started
Traditional cooking is full of incredible flavors, but many of the ingredients we rely on were never designed for modern kitchens.
They require soaking, straining, grinding, or long preparation steps that make everyday cooking slower and messier than it needs to be.
We saw an opportunity to rethink these ingredients — not by changing the recipes, but by redesigning the way they’re prepared and used.
