At Fudsy, we begin processing your order immediately to ensure fresh and timely delivery. 
Because of this, cancellations are allowed only within a limited time frame. 
1. Order Cancellation Window 
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. 
Cancellation requests made after 2 hours may not be accepted, as the order may already be 
processed or packed. 
2. After Dispatch 
Once the order is shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is not possible. 
In such cases, refund requests will not be accepted. 
3. How to Cancel 
To cancel your order within the allowed time: 
Contact us via WhatsApp / Phone / Email 
Provide your Order ID 
Request cancellation clearly 
If the request is approved within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed. 
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders 
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days 
Refund will be credited to the original payment method 
5. Fudsy’s Right to Cancel 
Fudsy reserves the right to cancel any order due to: 
Incorrect pricing or technical errors 
Product unavailability 
Suspected fraudulent transactions 
Incomplete or unverifiable address details 
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
