Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our Unniyappam Premix.
Yes! Our Unniyapam Premix contains only pure and natural ingridients. No preservatives and no artificial colors.
Just open the pack, take the required amount of mix, and add hot water little by little. Mix well until you get a smooth batter, then let it rest for 10–20 minutes before cooking.
Add hot water gradually while mixing. The batter should be smooth and slightly thick, not too watery.
Hot water is recommended because it helps the mix soften properly and gives a better texture. Normal water may not give the same result.
For the best texture and softness, let the batter rest for around 10–20 minutes before cooking.
After opening, keep the pack tightly closed or transfer it to an airtight container. Store in a cool and dry place.
